College of New Caledonia – Quesnel Power Engineering

Renovations and expansion to the colleges trade’s facility to house the 4^th Class Power Engineering Department while school was in active session. Core purpose of the project included a new certified and operational power engineering steam plant teaching facility.  Building addition housed new welding/grinding shop and computer lab and required expansion to the existing atrium to connect to the existing building. Work included structural upgrades, extending and upgrading of the existing mechanical, electrical and fire suppression, complete new exhaust extraction and make up air for new welding/grinding shop.
