Prince Rupert Port Authority – Design-Build of Maintenance/ PSOC Building & Warehouse

Design-Build of Prince Rupert Port Authorities Port Security and Operations Centre (PSOC), Maintenance and Warehouse facility. Total of 39,250ft² constructed on a greenfield, fully secured, 3 acre site requiring full site servicing including an on-site storm detention pond. Overall structure a combination of conventional steel (operations and maintenance) and pre-engineered metal building (warehouse). Maintenance building consists of automotive repair bays, wood working shop, electrical shop, welding shop and stores inventory. PSOC constructed complete with all interior finishes. Security Operations Centre within the PSOC building constructed to base building with fit out of under separate contract by others.
