IDL is proud to be one of the first contractors in British Columbia’s North to construct LEED Platinum and Certified Passive House Projects. We’re focused on reducing the environmental impact of the construction process and benefiting from the positive impacts of sustainable construction. During construction, our attention to detail will ensure sustainable design requirements are implemented correctly in the project. Our experiences include demonstrated record-setting air-tightness testing results and improved building life cycle analysis.
