Senior/Elders, 27-unit, self-contained one-bedroom housing units for the Aboriginal Housing Society of Prince George.  Construction Management at Risk project converted to a Guaranteed Maximum Price. 3-storey, wood frame structure with a gross floor area of 24,000 ft². Constructed to LEED Gold standards. Work included offsite upgrades to sanitary sewer, water and power to facilitate the requirements of the new construction.
