BC Hydro – Barnard Substation New 60kV Relay Building

Construction of new 1,822 ft² Control Building and all associated site civil works.  Work included all foundations, superstructure, interior fit-out complete with access flooring, mechanical, electrical and clean agent fire suppression system with room integrity tests. Earthworks to include excavation and backfill for foundations, new cast in place cable trench from new control building into existing substation yard and new access driveway. Work constructed within a live substation.
