BC Hydro – Site C Warehouse
Fast Track Design and Construction of a 35,000ft2 mixed-use storage and minor assembly warehouse for BC Hydro to accommodate their major equipment suppliers for the construction of the new Site C Dam. A Pre-Engineered Metal Building Warehouse on a 330,000 ft2 site. The mechanical system consists of an interlocked exhaust and a 20,000 CFM heat recovery system with double 52kW air curtains at each overhead door location and 8- 36 kW gas-fired unit heaters.
