College of New Caledonia – Vanderhoof Campus Fit-out

Complete transformation of existing commercial retail building into CNC’s new Vanderhoof Campus. Facility included new trade workshop, computer labs, aboriginal resource centre, career centre and HCAP (handicap accessible) Labs. Complete facility capable of DDI (digital instruction).

Work included extensive structural modifications to the existing foundations and superstructure to accommodate the addition of a new second floor. Complete new mechanical and electrical systems including all off-site infrastructure upgrades, interior finishes, replacement of the existing standing seem metal roof to an insulated SBS roof and new elevator.
