Connexus Community Resources – Parkview Place

Parkview Place is a three-story wood frame 23,023ft² building with 28 units. The ground floor is a first-of-its-kind dementia unit with 24 hour care assisted living services. It has eight beds with a shared kitchen and recreational and living space for the tenants. The dementia care space was designed in partnership with Northern Health. The second and third-floor units (10 per floor) are apartments designed for independent seniors. There is a capacity for 13 surface parking stalls, a raised patio with planters, and a gazebo.
