Dana Hospitality LP – Dexterra UNBC Good Earth Renovation

This project is the tenant improvement / renovation to convert the space from Tim’s to Good Earth coffee shop.  Scope of work includes hoarding, equipment removal, selective demolition, millwork, one new door and hardware, new and existing walls and finishes including tile and paint, signage, wall base, new lighting and mechanical and electrical works for new manufacturing equipment.
