• Design-Build of a 35,000 ft² rebar handling facility
• Complete turnkey project from development/building permit, engaging all consultants through final occupancy
• Site required extensive over-excavation to remove approximately 7,500 m³ of unsuitable material and import the same of structural gravel
• Completed with own forces all site excavation and backfill, utilities and concrete foundations
• Pre-engineered metal building and overhead crane was supplied by client with erection by IDL Subcontractor
