Majestic Management – New Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU)

Complete demolition of the interior of existing 12,000 f² Kal Tire building and 2,500 ft² addition. Renovate into high security office for Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU). Exterior and roof of building constructed with complete 2nd barrier to prevent intrusion. Work consisted of operations rooms, evidence rooms, offices, full locker room and showers, and vehicle impoundment and inspection bay. High level of interior/exterior surveillance and security equipment. All new exterior landscaping and paving. Cast in Place Concrete perimeter fence for vehicle barrier to perimeter with radio controlled vehicle gate access only. Fast Tracked construction with design concurrent with construction – total project duration – 3 months.
