Complete renovation and conversion of an existing 17,000 ft² , three room theatre building into the Uda Dune Baiyoh “House of Ancestors” community hall for Lheidli T’enneh First Nation. Facility constructed to accommodate 550 persons, includes a full service commercial kitchen and ability to configure the overall space 4 ways to accommodate large and small groups.  Complete upgrade to the structural, mechanical and electrical.
