Majestic Management – RBC Penthouse Upgrade

Phase 1 – Construction of the new rooftop mechanical penthouse complete with all new mechanical equipment to support the entire building. Phase 2 – Completion of the new mechanical systems from the penthouse down and into each floor below to accommodate incoming tenants. Once the new mechanical system was complete and commissioned, the existing basement mechanical system was removed. Once complete and coupled with the envelope upgrades of the building, the building is now 75% more efficient.
