True North Heli Skiing Ltd. – Northern Escape Heli-Ski Lodge

Work included the construction of a 10 guest bedroom lodge including the following: commercial kitchen, open lounge and bar area with fireplace, dining room, 10 guest bedrooms each with separate washroom, massage room, laundry, hot tub and ski and boot room. Exterior works included the design and installation of an on-site sanitary sewage disposal system, final grading and tie-in of all services. Lodge is powered via diesel generator and heated via propane. Lodge is located in a very remote area approximately 1 hour out of Terrace, BC.
