Majestic Management – Royal Bank Façade Upgrade & Asbestos Abatement

Façade Upgrade

Design-Build new exterior curtain wall for the Main Branch of the Royal Bank in downtown Prince George. The new Façade is comprised of modularized curtain wall panels with an integrated stone veneer system. A completely new exterior anchoring skeleton was attached to the existing concrete façade. Interior work consisted of re & re of the entire interior of the wall to marry with the new façade. Additional fire-stopping and ventilation requirements were needed to optimize the new façade performance.

Asbestos Abatement 

Complete removal of all interior/exterior drywall containing asbestos. Asbestos abatement was completed in occupied and unoccupied spaces under full containment.
