• Pre-Engineered superstructure with insulated steel metal wall panels, standing seam metal roof.
  
• Shop includes 2-15 tonne o/h cranes, Make-Up Air System with Infra-Red Heat.
  
• 5,000ft² office facility.
  
• All site utilities, hydro, gas, landscaping, fencing, and paving.
  
• Scope includes all co-ordination with City of Prince George from Development Permit through to Occupancy Permit.
